Die cast copper-free aluminum construction with less than .4% copper content. Standard finish is powder epoxy ,electro-statically applied and baked on 3 to 5 mils thick. Stainless steel, slotted hex head type hardware . Optional HazCoteTM coating for extremely corrosive environments. Computer designed dome and angle reflectors, constructed of fiberglass reinforced polyester, provide excellent photometrics for lighting efficiency.

Hazlux - Hazlux 6 DFP Series
Rugged housing made of heavy duty 20 gauge steel with welded ends. Available in two and four foot units with a wide variety of lamp types and wattages. Compact 2' design delivers excellent light output and fits in close confined spaces. Highest lumen output of any 4' industrial fluorescent fixture. Polyester powder finish provides corrosion resistance and is easy to clean. Stainless steel latches and hinges resists corrosion, provide dust tight and raintight seal and allows the door frame to hang safely during relamping.

Exterior finish is baked-on powder epoxy for added corrosion protection. Heat resistant, internally prismatic glass globe for optimal photometric performance. Electro-polished stainless steel wire guard. Standard dome and angle reflectors are fiberglass reinforced polymeric. Deep dome reflectors are aluminum.
