B-K Lighting is very pleased to announce that President and CEO, Douglas W. Hagen has,
as of February 2004, acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of B-K Lighting, Inc. Mr.
Hagen is one of the original founders and has held the positions of Vice President of Sales
and Marketing and, for the past ten years, as President/CEO. B-K Lighting is celebrating
its twentieth anniversary in 2004.Â
